Key Responsibilities
- Pizza Making:
- Prepare and cook pizzas to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency in every order.
- Food Preparation:
- Assist with the preparation of various food items, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to café patrons, taking orders accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cashiering:
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions of both food and beverages, including alcohol, accurately.
- Alcohol Service:
- Comply with RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) standards when serving alcoholic beverages to ensure legal and safe service.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized café area, following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven experience in pizza making and food preparation is required.
- Must hold a valid Food Handler's certificate and RBS certification for alcohol service.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Availability:
- Must be available to work on weekends and evenings to accommodate the café's operational hours.
