Responsibilities
- Conduct precise wheel alignments using state-of-the-art alignment equipment, ensuring all specifications meet manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose suspension and steering system issues utilizing automotive diagnostics tools and schematics.
- Perform repairs on automotive suspension systems, shocks & struts, and steering components to restore proper alignment and handling.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to repair or replace parts such as tie rods, control arms, ball joints, and other suspension components.
- Assist with related vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, tire service, and general mechanical repairs to support overall vehicle health.
- Read and interpret automotive electrical systems schematics to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on alignment, suspension systems, or similar mechanical repairs.
- Must have own tools.
- Dealership experience or background working with GM vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto body repair, auto estimating, and heavy equipment mechanics is a plus.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostics software, schematics reading, and mechanical repair techniques.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues accurately and perform repairs confidently.
- Must be able to communicate with office, employees and customers.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
