Business Development & Marketing Analyst – Heat Treating

Are you passionate about the industrial/manufacturing sector and enjoy combining business development, marketing, and data analytics? We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Analyst to join our team and help drive growth in the heat-treating industry.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in heat treating and industrial services.
- Support sales efforts with proposals, presentations, and technical client communications.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns targeting manufacturing clients.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing data to optimize growth strategies.
- Maintain CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or analytics, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with CRM/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of heat-treating processes and technologies is a strong advantage.
- Self-starter who enjoys both client-facing and data-focused work.
