Job Description × Nitor Infotech Inc. has openings for Technical Architect in Schaumburg, IL: Job Title: Technical Architect Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time Job Duties: Define and design architecture aligned with business requirements and technology standards. Identify and select appropriate technology stack and tools for the solution. Conduct architectural reviews and make improvements based on feedback. Spearhead the design of robust frameworks and accelerators to streamline complex integrations and enhance platform adaptability. Develop sophisticated tools, modular packages, and templates that automate repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency. Design accelerators and packaging with flexibility and ease of adoption in mind, delivering intuitive solutions that are adaptable to evolving needs and manageable throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct comprehensive code reviews and architectural assessments, rigorously validating every implementation aligns with cutting-edge standards and established best practices. Serve as a steward of architectural excellence by ensuring all technical work adheres to coding standards and project-specific architectural guidelines. Engage with business stakeholders to glean critical requirements and align technical execution with strategic objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues, leveraging deep expertise to make informed decisions that support the project’s overarching goals. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of architectural decisions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for current and future stakeholders. Actively mentor junior team members to support their growth and contribute to building future talent. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions designed to align architectural goals and methodologies across all teams involved in the project. Assess system performance metrics regularly, identifying and addressing inefficiencies to optimize responsiveness. Evaluate and implement performance improvements to handle increasing load and ensure seamless user experience. Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Developer, IT Analyst or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.
