Overview
NiteRider is expanding into the powersports channel and is seeking established independent reps and agencies to represent our premium technical lighting line.
This is not a starter role.
We are looking for professionals who are actively calling on Moto, UTV, ATV, and Snowmobile dealers today and want to add a proven, high-margin accessory line to their existing portfolio.
If you already carry complementary hardgoods or electrical accessories—and know how to drive sell-through at the dealer level—this is built for you.

The Opportunity
This role is about adding incremental revenue to your existing line card, not replacing it.
NiteRider is a natural fit for dealers looking to increase:
• Accessory attachment rates
• Margin per unit
• Safety-focused upgrades
You will be responsible for introducing, positioning, and growing the line within your existing dealer base, while selectively opening new accounts.
What You’ll Do
Drive Dealer Adoption
• Introduce NiteRider as a premium accessory line within your current accounts
• Position products as add-on sales, not standalone purchases
Grow Sell-Through (Not Just Sell-In)
• Help dealers understand what to stock, recommend, and how to sell
• Reinforce reorder cadence and program participation
Technical Selling
• Demonstrate real-world performance: beam patterns, output, mounting
• Translate features into quick, sellable benefits
In-Store Activation
• Train staff and service teams
• Support merchandising and displays
Territory Ownership
• Manage pipeline, travel, and communication
• Provide market feedback
What We’re Looking For
• Active independent rep or agency with existing powersports line card
• Established dealer relationships
• Proven ability to sell accessory products
• Understanding of dealer margins and inventory turns
• Technical comfort with lighting and electrical products
• Self-directed and performance-driven
