Work with a dedicated and caring organization and start doing your life's best work.RN: Resource Nurse (1099).Pay rate: $75.00 per hour (1099).Address: New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services 36, Clinton Street, Concord, NH, 03301.Shift hours: 10:45pm-7:15am 5/8-hour shifts, 40 hours a week.Every other weekend, 11:00pm-7:00am Friday and Saturday.Responsibilities:Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital.Act as role models for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and/or the Executive on-call.Initiate the NHH Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.Monitor staff adherence to the Policies and Standards of NHH and NHH Department of Nursing.Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.Demonstrate positive leadership.Requirements:Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.BLS certification.
