What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Medical Records Technician $3,000.00 sign-on bonus position at NITELINES USA, INC?
We are currently looking to fill this position with the Kansas Army National Guard in Lenexa, KS The Lead Medical Records Technician responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Direct routine operations of medical records department
- Maintaining medical records of hospital and clinic patients
- Review medical records for completeness and accuracy
- Scanning and filing of digital and physical soldier treatment records
- Log contact information and update as necessary
- Initiate, process, and track medical board cases
- Process files relating to credentialing and verify records are up to date
- Comply with safety, policies, procedures, and universal precautions in the work area
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Medical Records experience
- Familiar with MODS, MEDPROS, and MWDE systems
- Familiar with MEB, PEB, and MAR2
- Familiar with credentialing process

Pay & Benefits:
- Pay $28- $30 per hour
