ABOUT US
Cavelier is a woman-owned Wine and Craft Cocktail Bar on Port Washington’s lakefront that specialized in Fine Wine, Craft Cocktails, Local Beer, and warm Hospitality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work behind the bar preparing Craft Cocktails, Wine and Beer.
- Maintain a polished, welcoming bar setup with meticulous attention to detail
- Deliver elevated guest interactions with product knowledge and service finesse
- Handle POS transactions, cash out accurately, and manage opening and closing duties
- Support team flow during both intimate seatings and busier shifts
- Assist our Bar Manager with bar prep duties
- Assist our Bar Manager in upholding standards and practices with other team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous bartending experience in a craft bar or elevated restaurant setting
- Passion for creativity, standards of hospitality excellence, and beverage storytelling
- Strong understanding of Wine, Cocktails, Spirits, and Beer.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, guest-centric environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and a grounded, professional attitude
- Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
- Must be 21 and available happy hours, nights, and weekends

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
