What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Foreman position at NISSHO OF CALIFORNIA?
Nissho of California is a dynamic and growing organization that provides Commercial Landscape Maintenance Services. We currently service San Diego, North County, Riverside, and Coachella Valley.
We are seeking Landscape Maintenance Foreman for our Maintenance division in our Murrieta location. The Maintenance Foreman reports to his/her Supervisor and is responsible for executing any and all tasks required to maintain all properties outline on his/her schedule. The successful candidate must have landscape experience. Your responsibilities include weeding, basic landscape tool safety practices, mowing, raking, trimming, plant material knowledge, and basic irrigation knowledge. Duties also include informing your supervisor when there are issues present at any of the properties you are maintaining for example: irrigation breaks, dying plant material, any concerns voiced by home owners of the property, etcetera.
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman, who desires to grow with our company.
Other responsibilities:
- Attendance of training courses provided by Nissho of California.
- Ability to follow all safety guidelines provided regarding all equipment.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
-Must possess a valid/non expired CA Drivers License.
