Position Summary: The Picking Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the order picking process in the distribution warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role involves coordinating with various teams and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role will also serve as a backup hot car driver as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Plan customer orders details within the warehouse management system, constantly reviewing updates and prioritizing workloads.
- Receive and review customer orders, prioritizing them based on delivery schedules and customer requirements
- Coordinate the picking of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide day to day guidance in shipping by structuring workloads to maximum productivity and efficiencies
- Pack fulfillment shipments in NetSuite during the workday
- Address and resolve any issues related to order accuracy
- Create labels
- Deliver packages and orders to customers, as needed
- Assist other employees, as needed.

Required Education, Experience and Certifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience in warehousing/supply chain industry (beneficial but, not required)
- Office 365 experience (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
- Valid Drivers License, Clean Driving Record (MVR) with an F endorsement
