What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department
- Manage inventory acquisition, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Appraise trade-ins and acquire inventory through auctions and wholesale channels
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing/inventory accordingly
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the dealership's high standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or in a similar leadership role within a dealership
- Strong knowledge of vehicle values, reconditioning processes, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
