- Present financing options and car buying opportunities to customers, providing comprehensive support to the sales team.
- Assist customers in arranging the financing of their purchases and present them with additional products and protections to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop financing plans and payment options tailored to customers' needs.
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Coordinate and follow up with lending institutions regarding customer loans, payments, and related matters.
- Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions.
- Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance and lease deals.
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to finance and insurance.
- Take a leadership role in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability and collectability.
- Audit post-sale deals for accuracy in the Business Office.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Infiniti or Nissan is a requirement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership finance.
- Full proficiency with CA DMV rules and requirements.
- Experience with CDK DMS is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the responsibilities of a Finance Manager with a proven track record.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to assist in various capacities as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
