We are currently hiring for two Automotive BDC Sales Representative positions:
- 1 Draw Commission Position – Ideal for experienced automotive sales professionals looking for unlimited earning potential.
- 1 Hourly Position – $18.50 per hour, perfect for candidates with strong customer service or BDC experience who want a stable income with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet leads, inbound phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department.
- Follow up with unsold customers, previous customers, and showroom traffic.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes in the dealership CRM.
- Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and vehicle sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive BDC, automotive sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
