To help us maintain our growth, we are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities:Promptly greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive at the service department.Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service questions and setting up appointments.Provide excellent customer service by accurately documenting customer concerns, and keeping customers updated on repair status.Create and present repair estimates based on diagnosis and inspection results to customers in a timely manner.Coordinate with technicians and monitor service progress.Perform vehicle delivery by reviewing repairs and recommended service with customer as well as invoicing and processing payments. Requirements:Must have a min of 2 years of prior Automotive service advisor experience.Ability to provide exceptional customer service.Strong communication and organizational skills.Understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance process.Proficient in-service software and scheduling tools (Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, XTime)Must be able to multitask.Professional appearance.Valid Driver’s License.
