Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through effective coaching and performance management
- Develop and execute comprehensive internet sales strategies to maximize online lead generation and conversion rates
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, utilizing CRM software to track progress and follow-up activities
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) negotiations to secure high-value deals with corporate clients and fleet accounts
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate dealership inventory control to meet customer demands efficiently
- Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media marketing to attract new customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and upselling additional services or accessories
- Maintain professional phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and effective communication to build rapport with clients and prospects
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, online campaigns, and community outreach efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive retail sales or dealership environments with a strong track record of high-end or luxury vehicle sales
- Demonstrated success in sales management, including team leadership, coaching, and performance tracking
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, retail math, and record keeping
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and B2B negotiations
- Familiarity with automotive inventory management systems and dealership operations is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to deliver compelling public presentations or product demonstrations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
