We're currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Security Business Continuity, to join our team in Franklin, TN. The Security Business Continuity Analyst supports enterprise preparedness and crisis response across the Americas Region. This role leads analytical, planning, and coordination activities across Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Emergency Response, and Risk Mitigation programs. The position collaborates with regional and country teams, cross-functional corporate partners, first responders, and external vendors to protect employees, safeguard operations, minimize disruption, and enhance organizational resilience through standards, training, exercises, incident response planning, and continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of crisis management, incident management, emergency response, business continuity, and risk management principles
- Effective communicator with ability to present to technical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Communications, Operations, Facilities, IT, and Leadership.
- Strong project management capability in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
- Five (5) years of experience in crisis management, emergency management, business continuity, risk management, or incident management.
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Science, or related field.
- Background in manufacturing
- CBCP, MBCI/AMBCI/AFBCI, or Project Management certifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
