A Day in the Life:
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to keep initiatives moving forward
- Lead workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis sessions to uncover business needs
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specs, and interface designs
- Investigate and resolve production issues in partnership with vendors and technical teams
- Review system behavior, logs, and data flows to diagnose and support issue resolution
- Contribute to testing efforts, including developing use cases and validating system functionality
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and occasional off-hour needs
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
- 7 Years overall IS/IT experience.
- 5 years application development experience.
- 5 years experience in working with third party vendors.
- Prior experience working with offshore personnel is a plus.
- Project management experience a plus.
