We're currently looking for an Engineer, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) to join our team in Smyrna, TN.
A Day in the Life:
- Investigate engineering issues potentially impacting safety and/or regulatory compliance by analyzing cross-functional data sources with Investigations, Product Safety, Technical Compliance, and Field Quality Investigations team.
- Manage issues using the company's global process for determining the necessity of market action.
- Clearly communicate status to FQA management and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
- Regular collaboration with cross-functional groups for issue investigation, including but not limited to R&D, Field Quality Investigations, Overseas Chief Quality Engineer, Supplier Management Engineering, and Legal.
Required:
- 1-3 years of directly related professional-level Engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field.
