- Lead sourcing activities for assigned commodities, including negotiating pricing, managing suppliers, and developing strategic sourcing plans.
- Analyze supplier options and data to recommend competitive sourcing decisions and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and cost changes while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to address issues related to quality, cost, delivery, and design.
- Track performance against departmental goals, validate savings data, maintain reporting systems, and initiate actions to meet targets and deadlines.
Required:
- 0-2 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, SCM, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with aspirations for future leadership roles in a global organization.
- Self-starter with strong intuition, ownership mindset, and ability to resolve complex issues.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptable, feedback-driven, and proactive problem-solver who takes initiative independently.
