Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Buyer 1, Aftersales to join our team in Franklin, TN.

In this role, you'll support a defined group of commodities by partnering with subject matter experts to drive sourcing initiatives and cost reductions, analyze data to inform recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.

You'll track and report on key metrics, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and prepare timely, accurate presentations.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead sourcing activities for assigned commodities, including negotiating pricing, managing suppliers, and developing strategic sourcing plans.
  • Analyze supplier options and data to recommend competitive sourcing decisions and support cost reduction initiatives.
  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, and cost changes while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to address issues related to quality, cost, delivery, and design.
  • Track performance against departmental goals, validate savings data, maintain reporting systems, and initiate actions to meet targets and deadlines.

Who We're Looking For

Required:

  • 0-2 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, SCM, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
