What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Sports Official position at NISLEY SPORTS LLC?
We are looking for high energy, fun, reliable and service oriented people to officiate Flag Football, Soccer, and Basketball games. All games are on Saturdays or Sundays. Choose one or both days, it's your choice! Previous experience is a plus but not required. You must be able to pass a national background check, have general knowledge of the sport(s) you choose to officiate, and enjoy working with kids ages 3-13. As a youth sports official you will not only serve as the enforcer of the rules, but will be a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field coach, and an advocate for the our programs.

Officiating in an i9 Sports league is fun and rewarding without the headaches of parents behaving poorly on the sidelines. i9 Sports was founded on the principle that the number one reason kids play organized sports is to have fun, not to become the next draft pick. Reinventing the youth sports industry, our players enjoy the i9 Sports Experience which emphasizes fun, safety and convenience as well as teaching the value of good sportsmanship.
Candidates must live within 20 miles of the Arlington/Mansfields area, be 16 years of age, and have reliable transportation.
Salary : $18 - $22
