Nishida Services is seeking a qualified individual to oversee the daily janitorial operations of a facility in Carmel, Indiana.
Location: Carmel, Indiana
Job Title: Supervisor, Janitorial Services
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: $22/hr
Bi-weekly pay
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the janitorial staff
- Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly janitorial and floor cleaning tasks are completed
- Report to the operations manager with weekly feedback, product orders, and employee needs
- Assisting manager with employee schedules
- Assisting manager with training and disciplinary action
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous janitorial experience
- Criminal history check
