Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- They are responsible for eliciting & documenting user requirements & user stories in real time in an Agile/ DevOps environment.
- They are responsible for establishing the minimum viable product, grooming the backlog, & change management.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge/EXP w/ successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, & Automated Testing.
- AA/AS Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university and 4 Yrs of EXP -or- Substitute 7 Yrs of related EXP.
- Training, Certifications, EXP, & Clearance Requirements:
- IAT Level I (A CE, CCNA Security, Network CE, & SSCP) Certification, & applicable CE/OS Certification & Product Owner certification.
- 4 Yrs of successful agile planning/facilitating complete lifecycle of large-scale projects, w/ competing availability/priorities/multiple stakeholders.
- 4 Yrs' EXP eliciting & documenting user requirements.
- Secret Clearance
