Responsibilities
- Manage epoxy flooring projects from award through completion.
- Manage multiple projects at once.
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate with general contractors, owners, architects, and suppliers.
- Review project plans, specifications, and submittals.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and production.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Complete project documentation, closeout paperwork, and final inspections.
Qualifications
- 3 years of project management or construction management experience.
- Experience in commercial flooring, concrete coatings, or construction is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk jobsites and industrial facilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel overnight when projects require.
- Ability to pass a background check.

- Epoxy flooring or resinous flooring systems
- Concrete surface preparation
- Commercial construction
- Scheduling software
- Estimating or takeoffs
- OSHA safety knowledge
