What are the responsibilities and job description for the Comfort Advisor position at NisAir Air Conditioning?
NisAir is seeking a Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will handle service-generated leads & marketed sales leads. The primary responsibilities for this role will be managing company-generated sales leads, including existing customer sales leads, and prospecting and closing new clients.

What You'll Do:
- Clean background, MVR, and drug screen
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience. In-home sales preferred.
- Comfortable with prospecting and networking
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Highly motivated to work as a team member for an industry leader
- Experience selling with a commission-based income
- Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, smartphone, etc.
What You'll Bring:
- Must possess a valid US Driver’s License
- Be willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background checks
- 2 years of Sales experience.
- 1 year of HVAC experience preferred
- Physical dexterity
- Flexible working hours, day/night/weekends
