Financial Compensation & Perks:
- Weekly Gross Revenue: $1,200 – $1,300 (Average baseline)
- Base Pay Rate: $0.51 CPM (Starting mileage rate)
- Stop Pay: Additional $15.00 for every intermediate stop
- Bonuses: Monthly Driver Performance Bonus program
- Freight Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight (Refrigerated / Reefer operations)
Route, Schedule & Home Time:
- Weekly Distance: Consistent volume averaging 1,900 to 2,100 miles per week
- Home Time: Predictable dispatch routing with guaranteed home time every 14 days
- Shift Dynamics: Continuous 24/7 network operations. Requires availability for alternating day/night driving shifts and weekend/holiday dispatch rotations based on market demand
- Fleet Options: Account accepts both Solo drivers and established Driving Teams
