What are the responsibilities and job description for the OTR Class A Truck Driver - No-Touch Freight position at NIS EXPRESS?

Financial Highlights:
- Weekly Earnings: Average between $1,300 and $1,500.
- Performance Ceiling: Our top-tier drivers gross $1,750 every week.
- Base Pay: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Starting rate depends on your experience).
- Incentive: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 paid out immediately after your first load).
The Run & Equipment:
- Mileage: Consistent volume of 2,300 to 3,000 miles per week.
- Freight: 100% No-Touch. Significant amount of Drop & Hook (50-60%).
- The Trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliners and Kenworth's (Clean & Reliable).

Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A (Must be at least 21 years old).
- 90 Days of recent solo experience pulling a 40ft trailer.
