Kearney drivers: round trip dedicated runs hauling preloaded trailers to outdoor retail stores across the Midwest. Same lanes, loads waiting for you, and a safety bonus on top.
The Run
- Round trips from a Wisconsin distribution center to retail stores in WI, IL, IA, IN, MN, SD, and NE
- Trailers are preloaded, return loads on the way back
- Consistent lanes you will learn fast
- 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week
Pay
- $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly gross
- $0.59 per mile to start, up to $0.63 per mile with experience
- $15 stop pay
- $75 safety bonus
Home Time and Hours
- Home on your 34 hour reset, possibly every 2 weeks depending on freight volume
- Night runs and winter driving are part of the job
- Holiday work depends on store needs
New CDL Holders
- New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
- 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay
- Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120 hours of CDL training
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the past 5 years
- Military experience considered with a valid DD214
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
