Quick Facts
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks
- Miles: About 2,500 a week
- Freight: Dry van, east of the Mississippi
- Loads: Drop and hook, live load, live unload
Compensation
- $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly
- $850 weekly during training
- $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months once solo
- 55 cents per mile to start, up to 65 cents with experience
- $15 stop pay
- Monthly performance bonus
Must Have
- Class A CDL, age 21
- 120 accredited training hours, or OTR experience (6 of the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 5 years)
- 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5
- No DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
- Pass DOT physical and hair/urine drug screening
- Home within 200 miles of Syracuse, NY
