Pay and Scheduling Breakdown:
- 27% of Gross Per Load: Average weekly gross $1,500 to $2,000

Requirements:
- Must be at least 22 years old
- 12 months verifiable flatbed experience within the last 5 years (regional or OTR)
- Proven experience securing steel, pipe, or coil freight; coil experience a major plus
- Proficient with straps, tarps, chains, and binders (40 to 50% of loads require tarping)
- Clean MVR: no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, zero Clearinghouse violations
- Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen
