Corinth is about an hour and a half from Memphis, one of the main hubs for this reefer fleet. That means real freight and real miles for a brand new driver, and home time about every two weeks.
First Things First
- $850 a week in training, one of the higher training rates out there
- 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor
- $300 orientation pay, 2 days or less
When You Go Solo
- $1,000 weekly guarantee for your first 3 months
- Average weekly pay $1,300 to $1,500
- $25 stop pay
- 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week
The Lanes
- Texas to Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia
- Refrigerated freight, drop and hook plus live loads
Home Time
- About every two weeks

What You Need
- 21 , valid Class A CDL, at least 120 hours CDL training
- New drivers welcome. Experienced: 6 months in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
- DD214 accepted
- Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
- Hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable work history
