- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, transfers, audits, and product movement
- Plan and delegate daily work assignments for inventory staff and provide hands-on support throughout the shift

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and SOPs

What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Management preferred
- At least one (1) year of cannabis retail inventory experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must meet all state cannabis employment requirements (background check, agent card, etc.)
- Full-time role with a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Minimum of 45 onsite hours per week required
- No regular travel beyond assigned location
