Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Director to lead our company's commercial initiatives and drive growth across multiple channels. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, product development, and digital initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Oversee project management activities related to product launches, market expansion, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape using SQL and other analysis tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive SaaS product development and enhancement by collaborating with software development teams to align features with market demands.
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Prepare compelling presentations for executive leadership, stakeholders, and potential clients to communicate strategic plans and results.
- Lead efforts in e-commerce optimization to improve online sales channels and user experience.
- Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or leadership role within SaaS or technology-driven companies.
- Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and product management processes.
- Excellent analysis skills utilizing SQL or similar data analysis tools to interpret complex data sets.
