Duties
- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations of AI solutions, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client requirements.
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market reach and increase sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM software such as GoHighLevel to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals efficiently while maximizing value for both parties.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, and industry events to build a robust sales funnel.
- Build a Self-Sufficient Sales team of atleast 5 team members/ manager
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote AI products and services effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive territory management by analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical guidance during product demos or onboarding processes.
Experience
- Proven track record in B2B (business-to-business) technology sales, preferably within the AI or software industry.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, direct sales, territory management, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong background in management or leadership roles within sales teams or account management functions.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to upselling and cross-selling solutions.
- Experience in conducting product demos, technical sales presentations, and analysis of client needs for tailored solutions.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong analysis skills to evaluate market data and identify new opportunities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to technology sales, including cold calling techniques and inside/outside sales methodologies.
