- Typically manage 2–3 patients at a time

- Structured, outpatient setting with minimal chaos
- PRN, flexible weekday shifts (Monday–Friday)

- Monitor patients for infusion reactions and respond appropriately

- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols

- Infusion times range from 1–5 hours, allowing for meaningful patient interaction

- Gradual transition to independent patient care
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- BLS certification required
- 1 year RN experience (infusion or ED preferred)
- Strong IV skills required
