What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Nipro?
We’re seeking a first shift hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations onsite in Lewisberry, PA ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with FDA and quality standards. You’ll manage a team of 10–12 employees while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily production to meet targets
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Manage SAP/ERP transactions and production reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and FDA regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams
- Support equipment maintenance and process improvements
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (medical device preferred)
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GMP/documentation practices
- Packaging equipment experience (preferred)
Additional Details
- On-site role in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physical setting
- Overtime as needed
