How You Will Contribute:
- Pull samples for hourly audit per packaging specification sheet/work instructions.
- Visual inspection and packing of vials into customer configurations.
- Writing reject stickers for modules with non-conforming ware and alerting auditor of non-conforming ware.
- Communicating any trends of defects, visual or dimensional to operator, QA Auditor, and Shift Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Shrinking of modules as according to SOP.
- Applying all specified module labels in accordance with specification sheets and article.
- Accurately maintain and post hourly packer count sheet for production purposes.
- Wear all PPE and required clear room smocks, gloves, hairnets, etc.
- Commit to meeting the customer requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement in everything we do.
- Follow all applicable EHS policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvements activities as needed
- Follow the 4 C's outlined in the company policy - communication, commitment, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
