Nipro Medical is looking for a data-savvy, detailed orientated Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize sales performance and trends
- Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales planning initiatives
- Build and optimize advanced Excel models, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data transformations
- Analyze sales performance metrics, revenue, margins, volume attainment
- Automate reporting processes
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various strategic initiatives
Education, Certifications and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Financial Analysis
- Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, especially margin and profitability analysis
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to tell a story with data
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment
