Our Liquid Division crafts high-performance liquid coatings and surface treatment chemicals. As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll ensure production runs are executed safely, efficiently, and to exacting quality standards—directly contributing to the reliability of every batch we ship.
Your impact
- Translate SOPs into action: stage raw materials, calculate batch sizes, and select appropriate equipment.
- Run, disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing equipment to posted conditions between batches.
- Capture precise records on batch tickets and equipment logs; perform and document quality checks.
- Package finished mixtures into designated containers; secure, label, and move to warehouse staging.
- Surface issues quickly to the team leader/supervisor and complete all required company training.
- Comply with hazardous and general liquid waste practices—keep containers labeled, covered, and staged—and report any accidents, near misses, or property damage without delay.
Skills & readiness
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Comfort with a basic math test.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Make simple independent decisions; perform addition and subtraction accurately.
- Confident converting units (such as grams to pounds) and working with quality control tools.
- Operate pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks safely.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver drums up to 440 lbs.

Salary range: $17.39 to $25.75, with compensation negotiable based on experience and skills.
