What You'll Do:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute market pulp sales strategies that align with company strategic goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in packaging and pulp products while achieving targets.
Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the technical resource for customers— you are the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding customer operations and providing consultative solutions.
Market & Product Expertise
- You will use your deep knowledge of fiber-based packaging products to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Collaborating with technical and operations teams, you ensure that product performance meets customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with supply chain, production operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide feedback to R&D and product management on customer requirements and innovation opportunities.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate records in systems, provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or related field; Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering degree strongly preferred given the technical nature of market pulp customer solutions.
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in pulp, paper, or packaging industries with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of fiber-based packaging materials and converting processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment is a plus.
What We Offer:
The salary range for this position is $127,189 – $190,893, with a midpoint of $159,041. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications; however, most employees are typically hired at or near the midpoint of the range. We also offer a performance-based incentive structure and a comprehensive benefits package including:
