Quality Services Coordinator
Division: Nucor Insulated Panel Group
Location: NIPG Brigham City, UT
Basic Job Functions:
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues they are experiencing. Assure timely accurate resolutions are provided to customers
- Asist in remake order process in D365
- Help lead investigations to get to root cause of issues
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and help facilitate process improvements
- Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor
- Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Prior experience with Microsoft programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word
One year experience in customer service or adjacent department
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in D365
