About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to support NIO Digital System development and production environments. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency across multiple NIO product platforms. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize CI/CD workflows, infrastructure, and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, and Kubernetes, enabling faster innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure uninterrupted development and deployment.
- Proactively resolve infrastructure and build issues across Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory environments.
- Implement automation for build, test, and deployment processes to improve delivery speed.
- Optimize workflows and integrate tools to streamline development cycles.
- Monitor and rationalize infrastructure usage to reduce operational costs.
- Decommission legacy systems and migrate workloads to modern, cost-efficient platforms.
- Manage SSL certificates, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Eliminate security risks by enforcing best practices and addressing vulnerabilities.
- Support cross-region migrations and global collaboration for distributed teams.
- Ensure system performance and reliability across multiple Kubernetes clusters and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 3 years strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, Artifactory).
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure optimization, and Grafana dashboards
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and performance tuning.
- Expertise in security best practices, certificate management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Ubuntu OS.
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in complex environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global infrastructure support and cross-region deployments.
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
