Responsibilities:
- Provide support as a competent HR business partner, change agent and members of the management team;
- Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the use of Leadership Principles, Nio Values and Code of Conduct;
- Owning the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding;
- Collaborating with global HR teams to ensure a seamless delivery of HR services to the organization;
- Continuous further development of HR processes, instruments, and systems as well as collaborating in HR projects;
- Supporting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and best practices;
- Analyzing workforce trends and proposing solutions that support the achievement of business objectives;
- Actively participating in shaping the operational and cultural set-up driven by our NIO values.
Qualifications:
- University degree or comparable training and further education;
- Previous HR experience in a fast pace, high growth environment;
- Employee and service-oriented approach to work;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organizational skills;
- Capability to finding the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities;
- Start-up mentality;
- Fluent in German and English both oral and written;
