- Overseeing the produce department staff ensuring they are following all policies and procedures.
- Stock produce ensure quality and proper safety protocol.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist in unloading trucks, making bales, compacting trash, etc.
- Ensure cleaniless and great presentation of the porch, vestibule and produce department.
- Cross merchandise when possible
- Train, develop, assist, etc. all produce department staff
- Schedule employees be company needs ensuring a balance of new and seasoned employees on each shift.
- Inventory and order produce products
