Nino Salvaggio is currently looking for a Part-Time Party Planning Associate.

- Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.
- Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.
- Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.
- Assists Party Planning/Catering Manager in meeting with/speaking on the phone with customers, assess their party planning needs, write up orders, orchestrate preparation of orders between all departments; ensure order is completed promptly and accurately and (if necessary) ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Assists in other departments as needed.
- Assists in curbside shopping.
- Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines.
- Must be computer proficient (specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
- Must have excellent phone and organizational skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace’s Party Planning guide.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated pattern of Excellent Customer Service required.
- Previous culinary and/or food preparation experience preferred.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be approved to drive the Nino Salvaggio company van.
