We are looking for a results-driven Retail Assistant Store Manager with great sales experience.
· Some of the job responsibilities include:
· Greets potential customers, listens to their needs and problems, and steers them toward products and services that can help them to address their needs.
· Planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets such as Sport Bars, Apartment complexes, Builders, Restaurants, etc.
· Work in conjunction with store manager to meet/exceed sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by constantly training on current inventory, gathering information from Management, Google, YouTube, and Factory website.
· Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
· Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
· Additional store manager duties as needed, such as cleaning the units, pricing, loading customers, etc.
This position reports to the Store Manager, requires both retail and warehouse experience to be functional in their role. Base Pay $17 per hour Monthly commission after 30 days.
Normal weekly hours are 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday – Saturday, with one day off during the week and off all Sundays. Working Saturdays is a MUST.

Requirements:
Strong Sales Background, Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
Proven successful experience as an assistant retail Store Manager with sales experience, Excellent Computer Skills,
Powerful leading skills, Customer management skills,
Strong organizational skills, Good communication, and interpersonal skills, Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling 50-75lbs regularly, Must have a great attitude, Willingness to learn, Must be on time every day, pass drug and background check.
