Security Systems Technician

Nino Development is partnering with one of the most innovative security solutions for commercial properties.

We are currently seeking an experienced Security Systems Technician (Commercial) to join our team in Bennington, VT.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems in commercial buildings. This includes working with commercial-grade equipment such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and intercom systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial security systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial security systems to ensure ongoing functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure security systems are installed and serviced on time and meet client specifications.
• Provide clients with recommendations for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting solutions based on their unique security needs.
• Conduct system training for commercial clients on the proper use of security equipment and address any client concerns or inquiries.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in commercial security systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Systems Technician with a focus on commercial systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of commercial security systems, including troubleshooting and system integration.
• Ability to work with networked security systems and integrate security solutions into commercial infrastructures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certifications in security systems (e.g., NICET, PSA) are a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
