We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Roofing Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead our roofing projects in Claremont, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale commercial roofing projects, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are being met.
- Troubleshoot any project issues, providing solutions to maintain project efficiency.
- Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, supervisors, and laborers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- OSHA certification preferred.
