Policy Analyst

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for HVAC Light Commercial projects to join our dynamic team in Blytheville, AR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HVAC projects, specifically in the light commercial sector. The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC light commercial projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work meets company and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in light commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and project management techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
