Commercial Roofing Supertendent

We are committed to delivering superior craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site roofing activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage roofing crews, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with project managers and other stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial roofing and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site roofing activities for commercial projects, including roof installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ensure projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and motivate roofing crews to perform efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any roofing-related issues that arise on-site.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure all work meets industry codes and specifications.
• Ensure proper materials and equipment are available for each phase of the project.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards on-site.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, including progress updates and material usage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Roofing Superintendent or similar role in commercial roofing.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial roofing projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in GA.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
