Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans in coordination with clients and team members.
- Team Management: Direct the activities of roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project progress.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality and compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Cost Control: Track project expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address issues that arise on the job site to minimize delays and keep the project on track.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in commercial roofing or construction.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, etc.) and installation techniques.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (such as Procore or Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
